October 2019 Ambassador Brgitte Laurent travelled to Romania to Bucharest in hopes of making a difference while continuing Michael’s Legacy. When Michael paid visits to children’s homes and hospitals he made a lasting impression and brought attention to the much needed care for the children displaced in the many institutions. Times have now progressed and while things look much brighter for today’s children there is still much needed to support our children of the world.
Brigitte’s experience was met with much emotion and probably one of the most effective. Children were with special needs here and yet they greeted her with smiles and warmth.
The home has rules about taking images of children without parental permission but Brigitte was fortunate to meet one parent that gave permission.
Your donations for this project will go a long way and will supply the home with aids and toys for the children. Brigitte will recieve firther images once all has been purchased. Please enjoy what images that were allowed and know that you all made a difference.
