Michael’s Dream Foundation is a grass-roots initiative started by people from all over the world who want to make a real difference in the lives of children by helping them to recover from illness and injury in as short a time as possible. Poor emotional health can weaken a body’s immune system, which not only increases the chance of becoming ill, but can also lengthen an existing period of illness. This is true for adults and children alike, but can be more extreme in children because of their naturally fragile emotional state.
The Dream is to carry on the legacy of one of the greatest humanitarians the world has ever known, and we intend on doing that by helping "a million children" - just as he intended.
In 2013 we made two successful deliveries of Michael's Dream Boxes to two different American cities; Gary, Indiana and Atlanta, Georgia. During our trips to these cities, we were able to deliver a total of 75 boxes full of toys, games, books and more, all because of the incredible love and support of many people. For more information about our Michael's Dream Box program, please visit the Dream Box page of our Projects section HERE.
We have some big ideas and plans to bring our dreams to life so please make sure to follow us on social media and sign up for our mailing list to stay up to date with everything we're doing! Trust us, you don't want to miss it!

Do you have a bunch of old t-shirts and sweatshirts that you don't, or can't, wear anymore, but that you don't want to get rid of? Upcycling is one way to breathe new life into them! The definition of Upcycling is the process of converting waste materials or useless products into new materials or products of better quality or for better environmental value.
Let's take those old t-shirts with sentimental value and make a blanket or quilt out of the t-shirt logos. You simply cut matching square blocks out of the front or back of the t-shirts and connect them with other fabric. With a sewing machine and a few crafting tools, you can create a comfy blanket that reminds you of your favorite musicians, sports teams, vacations and schools.
Do you like to dibble and dabble and tinker around making things? Would you consider yourself to be “crafty” like that? Well, why not turn those creative hands and minds of yours into money makers? On this page we are going to give you some useful ideas and links to help get you started using little more than things lying around your own home!
Do you have a bunch of books sitting on a shelf gathering dust? If you haven't looked at them in a year or two, chances are you will never read them again.
