Organizational Core Values

What are Organizational Core Values? They are the core principals that guide our organization's internal conduct, as well as our relationship with the external world. These principals are what help determine each and every one of our actions, and is the constitution that we live by. 

 

Transparency – We intentionally share all corporate information that is important to our supporters, and non-supporters, alike; and we encourage, and engage with, constructive public input.

Love– We believe that love creates harmony and success in all facets of life; therefore we will always treat our coworkers, fellow volunteers and members of the community with love and respect.  

Fun – We enjoy having fun and celebrating the small successes on our journey to achieving our goals.

Integrity – We will always be honest and truthful regarding all aspects of our endeavors and strive to consistently offer the most accurate information available.

Communication – We maintain an environment in which volunteers and employees are encouraged to share ideas and information. We promote open interaction throughout the organization to ensure knowledge and understanding is shared among all involved.

Teamwork – We create a climate in which all employees work together and support the individual talents and contributions of team members. We celebrate successes and see mistakes as opportunities for learning and growth.
